15 mins walk to the center. Easy walk to Smoke and Anchor, where you can have lunch. Room was huge, we spent 3 nights.

An easy walk to royal bc museum that was our destination. Room was huge for us. James Bay neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. Decent prices, no complains at all.
